衛育良，男，1989年12月生人，于2017年6月獲中國海洋大學水產動物營養與飼料學博士學位，現任中國水產科學研究院黃海水產研究所副研究員，碩士生導師。主要從事水產動物營養與飼料等方面的研究，主持國家自然科學基金（面上項目、青年基金）、中國博士后科學基金等項目，并作為骨干參與國家海水魚產業技術體系等項目；公開發表學術論文77篇，其中第一和通訊作者發表學術論文19篇，授權國家發明專利7項，獲海洋科學技術二等獎1次（排名第4），中國水產科學研究院科技進步二等獎1次（排名第4）；入選第五批中國水產科學研究院“百名科技英才培育計劃”，獲黃海水產研究所2020和2022年度“黃海青年人才獎”。
